Ellen DeGeneres Plays ‘Password’ With Jimmy Fallon and Oscar Nominees Steve Carell, Reese Witherspoon (Video)

The words “joint” and “blush” give the “Foxcatcher” and “Wild” stars some trouble

Ellen DeGeneres teamed up with “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night to play against Oscar nominees Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carell in a game of Password.

The game is simple: Contestants get to drop a one-word clue in hopes their partner will guess the password. If they fail, the other team can steal.

As usual, the Hollywood stars Fallon recruited appeared to have a blast, even if words “joint” and “blush” gave them some trouble.

“Revlon,” Carell said as a clue to “Wild” star Witherspoon, without realizing DeGeneres is a spokeswoman for a different brand.

“Cover Girl,” the “Foxcatcher” star shouted out to correct himself.
