A young ad executive helps inspire a nation to remove Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet in Chili's Academy Award entry for Best Foreign Language Film

The latest trailer for "No," Chili's official Academy Award entry in the Best Foreign Language Film category, proves propaganda can be more powerful than military force.

After caving to international pressure in 1988, the Chilean government allowed the people to vote in a referendum deciding whether General Augusto Pinochet should remain in power after 15 oppressive years.

Following the efforts of a young advertising executive, played by Gael Garcia Bernal, the upcoming Sony Pictures Classics release explores how one marketing campaign stood up to police brutality in order to remove the dictator from power.

Pablo Larraín directed the 2012 Cannes Film Festival hit, which lands in theaters on Feb. 15.
