“Game of Thrones” actor Joe Naufahu, who plays the newly introduced Khal Moro, promises that Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) is not going to submit to her capture by the Dothraki meekly.

“The Dothraki want to follow their traditions and Daenerys wants to do something else, so it’s going to come to a crossroads,” Naufahu told TheWrap. “Someone’s going to have to make a decision. There’s going to be fireworks, for sure.”

Whether or not “fireworks” is code for dragon fire, we can only guess.

In the premiere of Season 6, Daenerys was taken captive and dragged before Khal Moro. When she says she is the widow of Khal Drogo, he tells her that the widows of Khals must be sent to live the rest of their lives in Vaes Dothrak as members of the Dosh Khaleen according to Dothraki law.

Naufahu, a former professional rugby player, also said that Khal Moro is different from other members of the race of horse masters that we have seen in the past.

“He’s got a good sense of humor and I think he’s a little more relaxed,” Naufahu said. “He doesn’t really show his power, and he enjoys a good joke with his bloodriders.”

“Game of Thrones” airs Sundays at 9/8c on HBO.
