German “America’s Got Talent” contestant Hans performed a stunning, and widely over-the-top rendition (in a good way) of the Spice Girls’ hit single, “Spice Up Your Life” during the live quarterfinals of the NBC reality competition on Tuesday.
And to literally nobody’s surprise, the Spice Girl herself, Mel B, was loving every second of it.
And who wouldn’t? Hans’ version featured a winter wonderland that included tap dancing, singing, and playing both the accordion and the piano. Not stopping there, Hans’ performance was overflowing with sequins, fireworks, backing dancers, and, of course, Hans rocking his trademark feathered Tyrolean hat.
