The power couple of YouTube star Gigi Gorgeous and her wife, model and activist Nats Getty, say their relationship is so strong because of three key things: listening, saying sorry (and meaning it) and supporting each other in everything they do.
“Nigi” — that’s the celebrity couple name Gorgeous has given them — shared intimate tidbits about their relationship in a conversation with Lauryn Evarts Bosstick, founder of the Skinny Collective, at WrapWomen’s Power Women Summit on Friday.
“Listening is key, saying sorry and meaning it is key, and supporting the other person. I truly feel like we embody support. You support me so much, and I feel it,” Gorgeous said to her wife. “You push me to grow farther than I ever could alone. I know that for a fact.”
Getty agreed. “Being there, when you’re in a relationship — I always say to G, ‘You’re my person.’ And she says it back,” she said. “You always feel like you’re their person, and vice versa.”
