The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominations for the 2016 Golden Globe Awards on Thursday, revealing that Netflix and Twentieth Century Fox are in prime position to walk away with the most shiny objects on Jan. 10.

Netflix racked up a total of nine nominations — eight in TV categories and one in film — while Fox scored 12, including “The Martian” star Matt Damon for Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy category and Ridley Scott, also recognized for the same blockbuster in the Best Director category.

In terms of honors hurled at individual projects, “Carol” was the clear winner in the motion picture categories with five total nominations. “The Revenant,” “The Big Short” and “Steve Jobs” followed with four nominations each.

The frontrunner in TV wasn’t so clear cut, though. A total of six shows with three nominations each lead the pack: “American Crime,” “Fargo” “Mr. Robot,” “Outlander,” “Transparent” and “Wolf Hall.”
