English vocalist Jessie J, and legendary crooner Tom Jones took on The Righteous Brothers’ classic 1964 pop hit “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’” as the third performance of the 57th Grammy Awards.
Tom Jones showed the audience his classic bellow, while J kept pace with the veteran singer.
The performance drew some harsh criticism (and some hysterical tweets) online for its slow pace.
#TomJones and @JessieJ singing "That Loving Feeling" by The Righteous Brothers, not a great choice after a slow performance #Grammys2015

The best thing about that @JessieJ + #TomJones combo is that it's over #Grammys2015

So @JessieJ is the most talented artist that I can never stand. Better heard than seen. Sorry #Grammys2015

Why isn't @JessieJ singing one of her million hit songs. What the hell is this nonsense. #boring #Grammys2015

Some went right for the jugular, trashing Jessie J’s outfit:
Jessie J your voice is amazing but what are you wearing girl?!? #TheGrammys #Grammys2015
