Harrison Ford Introduces First ‘Ender’s Game’ Footage (Video)

The first trailer for Summit Entertainment's adaptation of Orson Scott Card's science-fiction novel debuts on May 7

"Ender's Game" stars Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield have introduced the first footage of Summit's highly-anticipated science fiction movie hitting theaters on Nov. 1.

The quick tease of the trailer, which debuts online next week, features Colonel Hyrum Graff (Ford) telling main protagonist Ender Wiggin (Butterfield) "you'll be the finest commander we've ever trained."

Director Gavid Hood's ("X-Men Origins: Wolverine") adaptation of Orson Scott Card's 1985 novel of the same name follows Wiggin — an unusually gifted child — through training at an advanced military school in space where he is sent to prepare to lead humanity's resistance against an invading alien race, called Buggers.

Ben Kingsley ("Iron Man 3"), Abigail Breslin ("Little Miss Sunshine"), Hailee Steinfeld ("True Grit") and Viola Davis ("The Help") co-star.
