“Harry Potter” fans got a treat Tuesday morning as the first cast image from “Cursed Child” was released online.

The first look at the cast of the forthcoming stage play gives fans a glimpse of adult Harry (played by Jamie Parker), as well as Ginny (Poppy Miller) and their youngest son, Albus Severus Potter (Sam Clemmett).

The production is set to open July 30 at the Palace Theatre in London, and will be broken up into two parts. Written by Jack Thorne, it’s based on a story by Rowling about Potter in adulthood.

The plot revolves around older Harry, who is now an “overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband and father of three school-age children.” Albus never wanted to inherit his family’s legacy as he and his dad are confronted with darkness from unexpected places.

Parker said that he was elated when he finally got to don the trademark lightning bolt scar and glasses. “They’re just iconic,” he told Pottermore. “These are stories that people have lived with for their whole lives, they’ve grown up with and now they’re adults re-joining the tale, picking it up where they left off and I’m one of them.”

And fans who are hoping for a new Harry Potter story who can’t afford airfare across the pond, fear not. Rowling announced back in February that the script for “Cursed Child” is going to go on sale in book form on July 31 this year, which happens to be Harry’s birthday.
