Rachel Spiegelman will exit Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine at the end of the year after a six-month stint as the company’s head of brand studios, a person familiar with the matter told TheWrap on Tuesday.

Hello Sunshine has yet to disclose the circumstances to why Spiegelman is no longer with the company, however, sources say she is leaving for personal reasons and plans to pursue new opportunities.

Spiegelman’s replacement has yet to be named.

Spiegelman did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.

Spiegelman, who was hired in May, was responsible for setting creative partnerships at the company. Prior to Hello Sunshine, Spiegelman worked at 20th Century Fox, and MTV Networks. Most recently, she served as CEO for the advertising agency Pitch.

Founded by Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon in 2016, Hello Sunshine is owned by AT&T through its Otter Media brand. The company has produced programming for ABC, Hulu, Amazon, Facebook Watch, and Instagram’s IGTV. It is also producing three projects for Apple’s upcoming streaming service, which include a yet to be titled 10-episode scripted series starring SNL alum Kristen Wiig;  “Are You Sleeping,” a thriller series starring Octavia Spencer; and an untitled series starring Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston.
