Hodge Elected to Head SAG N.Y. Division

Moderate United Screen Actors Nationwide sweeps the election.

The moderate United for Strength coalition has won important seats in the New York division elections, individuals within the Guild told TheWrap Thursday.

Winning the presidency of that branch is Mike Hodge, candidate for United Screen Actors Nationwide, a moderate group closely alligned with Unite for Strength.

The moderate party also swept the NYC board elections, winning 13 seats.

As this was written, votes were still being tabulated in the SAG presidency race between Unite for Strength’s Ken Howard and Membership First’s Anne-Marie Johnson.
