How to Get Morgan Freeman on Your GPS

Now you can let the “Voice of God” give you directions on the Waze app

Morgan Freeman

Morgan Freeman, the “Voice of God” himself, can now give you directions while driving.

Google’s free GPS app, Waze, has added Freeman’s voice as a marketing strategy for the actor’s upcoming film “London Has Fallen.”

In the movie he plays the vice president, and if you choose Freeman to be your guide on an upcoming drive, he will address you as if you’re the president.

The app has been downloaded over 100 million times from the Google Play store, giving Freeman a potentially larger audience than the one projected for the $105 million movie, which is tracking for a $21 million opening weekend.

In the past, Waze has offered the voices of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart, Terry Crews and fictional characters like “Star Wars” droid C-3PO.

“London Has Fallen” hits theaters on Mar. 4.
