Under the new alignment, film, TV, live theater, branding and new media will be managed by one group, which will be headed by the promoted trio.

“The creative community moves seamlessly across entertainment platforms,” said ICM president Chris Silbermann, in a statement. “We’re realigning our leadership to a forward-thinking approach that encompasses the full scope of representation. Lorrie, Dar and Adam have distinguished themselves as exceptional agents and leaders and have earned the respect and admiration of their colleagues and the entertainment community. They are a natural choice to lead our talent department.”

Bartlett (below left) joined ICM in 2008 as a senior motion picture talent agent.

Rollins was named television talent agent at ICM in 2004.

Schweitzer, who operates out of the agency’s New York office, was elevated to lead ICM’s motion picture talent department last year.

Demonstrating the movement of talent clients in every sector of entertainment, during this year’s theater season, 36 actors represented by ICM appeared in Broadway or Off-Broadway productions.

The agency represented Academy Award winners Melissa Leo, Tom Hooper and Wally Pfister and nominees Jesse Eisenberg, Hailee Steinfeld and Jacki Weaver, and at the last Primetime Emmy Awards, ICM boasted 18 nominees in the acting categories.  Nearly 70 clients are positioned for roles in television pilots this season, and more than 120 clients are series regulars.
