IFC Midnight Gets ‘Undocumented’

The movie is director Chris Peckover’s feature debut

IFC Midnight has acquired North American rights to the thriller "Undocumented," the company announced Wednesday.

The movie is director Chris Peckover's feature film debut. It revolves around a small group of documentary filmmakers whose truck is detained while they are recording a group of families illegally crossing the border.

Peckover and Joe Peterson wrote the script.

The movie stars Scott Mechlowicz ("Waiting for Forever"), Alona Tal ("College"), Yancey Arias ("Knight Rider"), Greg Serano and Kevin Weisman.

Keith Calder and Jessica Wu, of Snoot Entertainment, produced with Josh Finn.

IFC Midnight is owned and operated by AMC Networks, Inc., which also owns Sundance Selects and IFC Films.
