Rihanna was looking to get paid during Sunday’s iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The singer performed her new single, “Bitch Better Have My Money,” after emerging from a helicopter. Dressed in a little black dress accented with sunglasses, a fur coat and thigh-high boots in cash-money green, the singer wasn’t holding any punches.
“Wow! Let’s just hug it out, bitch. We’ve got your money,” presenter Jeremy Piven joked after the performance. “Wow. It is hot in here.”
An Instagram message sent fans into a flurry as they debated whether the singer will be releasing her much-anticipated eighth album or a new single. Clever sleuths, especially those who could read Braille, devised that the message on the side of the post read: “Bitch Better Have My Money.”
Along with her new musical venture, Rihanna also voice stars in “Home,” the latest 3D computer-animated film from DreamWorks Animation, which opened on Friday.
