Jake Paul Dropped N-Word Twice in Leaked Video, Shifting Spotlight From Brother Logan (Video)

The video of former Disney star rapping was taken last year at Coachella

Infamous YouTube star Logan Paul isn’t the only one making headlines for ill-considered videos this week.

Paul’s younger brother Jake used the n-word while rapping a freestyle to Rae Sremmurd’s “Throw Sum Mo” in a video obtained by TMZ that leaked on Friday. The outlet said that the video was taken eight months ago during Coachella weekend.

Paul appears to say the n-word twice during the cellphone-shot video. Around the seven-second mark, he says “little ass n—-,” and near the end of the video, he says “I whip it like my n—- Richie Vetter, he make the p—y so wet it gets wetter.”

Paul’s rep did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.

The 20-year-old former Disney Channel star is also a prolific YouTuber — he has nearly 13 million subscribers — and was nominated for Audience Choice Creator of the Year at the 2017 Streamy Awards. He was previously well known on the now-defunct Vine.

The younger Paul brother took some heat earlier in the week after posting a video titled “I Lost My Virginity” with a thumbnail of his girlfriend semi-nude on top of him.

He didn’t address the backlash, but updated the thumbnail to a less compromising photo after critics said it was inappropriate for his audience, which is mostly young teens.

In 2017, Jake Paul was kicked out of his Los Angeles housing complex for pranks straight out of “Jackass.” The trouble caused him to be fired from his role as Dirk on the Disney Channel’s “Bizaardvark.”

The elder Paul brother has been making headlines for posting a 15-minute video — since taken down — that included footage of man who hanged himself from a tree in a forest in Japan.

He has since issued two apologies, and announced he will be taking a break from vlogging.
