James Corden ‘Helps out’ Taylor Swift as a Cringeworthy Replacement Backup Dancer (Video)

Look what you made him do

Taylor Swift better make sure she is never down a backup dancer again — if she doesn’t want a repeat of what happened on “The Late Late Show,” that is.

Swift appeared in a sketch on James Corden’s late night show on Thursday, in which the host filled in as general manager of the famed Forum in Inglewood, California, during last week’s Jingle Ball concert event.

After making the rounds and checking in with singer’s like Sam Smith, Demi Lovato, and Liam Payne, Corden learned that Swift was in need of another dancer on her crew and immediately rose to the challenge himself. Of course, whether or not Swift would have preferred a professional is up for debate. (Not really. She clearly instantly regretted agreeing to this solution.)

Corden threw on a crop-top, a fishnet shirt and some form-fitting pants and joined the group in a performance of her new hit song “Look What You Made Me Do” that we will never forget. Swift, ever the professional, kept it together through a very surreal experience.

Watch the full sketch above. The Swift drama begins at the 10-minute mark.
