A trucker is suing Jimmy Buffett for injuries she sustained after heavy stage equipment she was unloading fell on her while preparing for one of the singer’s concerts.

The lawsuit, filed in Nevada and obtained by TheWrap on Wednesday, said that the October 2016 accident caused Mary Kay Puckett “severe bodily injury and disfigurement.” Puckett said she was not required to unload the concert equipment when she arrived at the MGM Resort in Las Vegas, but did so after the crew began to “verbally assault” her, according to the suit. Puckett had insisted she wait for more crew members to help unload, but the crew started to “demand” that she handle it herself.

Four “heavy black steel production rigging items” fell on Puckett, which according to the suit, was due to the defendants “carelessly and negligently” loading them into the truck. MGM Resorts, Live Nation, and Buffett’s Margaritaville company were also named as defendants.

A rep for Buffett did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.

Puckett is seeking at least $75,000 in damages for medical bills. She has “endured pain and suffering, anxiety, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment of life, and will continue to endure such losses for an indefinite period of time in the future,” the lawsuit adds.
