Jimmy Fallon, Snoop Dogg Perform Sloppy ’90s Soap Opera Scene With Mannequin Arms (Video)

“Jacob’s Patience” isn’t winning a Daytime Emmy anytime soon

Snoop Dogg and a ton of smoke stopped by “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday to perform a scene from faux ’90s soap opera “Jacob’s Patience,” which seems to revolve around one very special bakery.

Fallon set the “clip” up, explaining to the NBC audience that the rapper — his then co-star — had one weird rule in his rider back in the day: Snoop wouldn’t show his real arms on-camera.

That set up a running gag where Fallon and Snoop acted out a mostly plotless scene while others operated sets of mannequin arms for them.

Naturally, with Calvin Broadus in the house, there were more than a few marijuana references during the late-night skit, and a lot of laughs derived from puppeteers trying to perform very mundane tasks with very wooden arms.
