Jon Stewart is grappling with his decision to leave “The Daily Show” in light of recent hints that Donald Trump may seek the Republican nomination for president in 2016.

On Thursday’s episode of “The Daily Show,” Stewart struggled to contain himself after news outlets reported that Trump is considering a run at the White House. “I made up my mind,” Stewart forced himself to say. “Maybe I’ll get a Twitter account.”

Likewise for GOP candidates Rick Santorum, Lindsey Graham and George Pataki. “Guys, guys, guys,” Stewart said, “I appreciate the effort, but my mind’s made up. I’m leaving the show. I’m not staying.”

After then having fun at the expense of Graham and candidate Carly Fiorina, Stewart said, “They’re all very colorful characters, but for me — for me — there can be only one F–kface von Clownstick.”

Stewart then played a clip from an interview Trump gave on Fox News in which he said he has a “foolproof plan” to defeat terrorist organization ISIS, but will only share it if he is elected President.

“Not because I don’t have a foolproof plan, I do,” Stewart said in his best Trump voice. “But I’m not going to tell you. I’m withholding it for now, because I am a tremendous asshole.”
