Jonah Hill Autographs Taran Killam’s Tongue In ‘SNL’ Promo (Video)

The “Wolf of Wall Street” star hosts the sketch comedy show this weekend for the third time

Jonah Hill will score a coveted “SNL Hat Trick” when he hosts “Saturday Night Live” this weekend with musical guest Bastille.

That is, if he isn’t gravely injured during the NBC show’s promo process — so bills out, off-camera guys. That joke will make sense after the first 30-second spot plays out in the below video.

Cast member Taran Killam joined Hill on the Studio 8H stage for the 2-minute, 17-second commercial chain. And speaking of chains — how about that sweet charm bracelet the host is rocking?

In the new spot, Hill drops a string of “Wolf of Wall Street”-esque epic curses in an effort to get them all out of the way before Saturday’s live TV opportunity. Then, the Academy Award nominee forcibly autographed the “SNL” cast member’s tongue with a Sharpie.

This week will mark the second-to-last “SNL” for head writer and Weekend Update host Seth Meyers, who on Sunday told TheWrap that he’ll “cut ties” with his long-term home following the Feb. 1 episode, hosted by Melissa McCarthy.

Meyers will take over “Late Night” — also a Lorne Michaels production — on Feb. 24. Current “Late Night” host Jimmy Fallon will debut as host of “The Tonight Show” a week earlier.
