Chris Pratt Outruns Massive Indominus Rex in New ‘Jurassic World’ Trailer (Video)

The new dinosaur is genetically engineered to be bigger than a Tyrannosaurus rex — unfortunately, it’s a lot smarter, too

Chris Pratt explains his “relationship” with velociraptors in a new “Jurassic World” trailer, which also features a lot more chaos caused by the dreaded Indominus Rex.

“It’s not about control. It’s a relationship based on respect,” Pratt’s character tells a theme park executive, played by Bryce Dallas Howard.

Pratt will have trouble controlling a genetically engineered beast called the Indominus Rex, which is so nasty it kills for sport.

“Every time we’ve unveiled a new attraction, attendance has spiked,” Howard says. “Corporate thought genetic modification would up the ‘wow’ factor.”

And death toll, it turns out.

Universal Pictures is unleashing “Jurassic World” in theaters on June 12.
