If you’re in the market for 30 slow-motion seconds of Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) stretching a rubber band, then look no further than Netflix’s newest “House of Cards” Season 2 promo.
The streaming/DVD-loaner giant released a brief, black-and-white, nothing-doing teaser for the second season of the hit original series, which will be released in its entirety on Valentine’s Day.

The silent, simple video shows Underwood, comfortable in an office chair, feet on the desk, calmly yet maniacally pulling slowly on the elastic band. Lord knows what he is plotting.
Literally nothing else happens in the half-minute clip, but the minimalistic nature still manages to exude maximum creepiness.
