Listen to Fired ‘Lethal Weapon’ Star Clayne Crawford’s On-Set Rants (Video)

Clayne Crawford was fired in May and Seann William Scott was added to the cast

Newly surfaced video of “Lethal Weapon” star Clayne Crawford reveals the kind of behavior that got him fired from the Fox drama.

In recordings acquired by Variety and published Friday, Crawford and co-star Damon Wayans exchange expletives in an argument about an injury Wayans sustained while Crawford was directing.

“You’re the biggest crybaby p—y I’ve ever met in my life,” Crawford says.

“Well suck this p—y d—,” Wayans responds.

Crawford also suggests Wayans only gets work because of his talented family.

In another incident, Crawford can be heard off-camera losing his temper during a scene because of background noise. “Shut the f— up!” Crawford said. “Get someone in here with a f—ing walkie, and shut them the f— up! Or did we not pay for this f—ing place? If we did, shut them the f— up!”

Warner Bros., the studio behind the show, had no comment. Fox also declined to comment.

The series was renewed in May but Crawford’s contract was not. A representative for Warner Bros. told TheWrap at the time that the studio had “decided not to renew Clayne Crawford’s contract for ‘Lethal Weapon,’” following incidents of bad behavior.

Crawford apologized in April, admitting that he had “been reprimanded twice during the past two seasons of ‘Lethal Weapon.’”

“I take great pride in treating everyone in life with dignity and kindness,” he said in his April statement on Instagram. “I am very grateful for my job, and I work extremely hard at it. I have a responsibility to do good work for my coworkers, my family, and my home state, and most especially for the fans. I hope they will stick with me and stick with the show.”

Along with the renewal, Michael Thorn, entertainment president t Fox Broadcasting Company, announced that Seann William Scott (“American Pie”) will join the cast next season as a new character who folds into a partnership with Roger Murtaugh (Wayans).

After news of his firing, Crawford wished the rest of the cast and crew good luck on Season 3. “”To my cast and crew – CONGRATULATIONS on season 3!” Crawford wrote on Instagram. “To the Fans – Thank you for the overwhelming support and love. Riggs was a dream role and the experience will live with me forever. My heart is full. Good Luck nxt season!!”
