LogoTV Unites Gays and Straights for New Comedy Satire ‘The Straight Out Report’ (Video)

Comedians Stephen Guarino and Mike E. Winfield will co-host

LogoTV is set to debut “The Straight Out Report,” a new satirical comedy show hosted by one gay man and one straight man who will offer differing (or agreeing) opinions on topical pop culture issues.

Stephen Guarino, who’s gay, and Mike E. Winfield, who is straight, are both featured in a new teaser video for the series.

“There are always two sides to every story,” Guarino says in the trailer.

Guarino has previously been seen as a recurring guest star on “Happy Endings” and “Marry Me.” Winfield made his comedic debut on “The Late Show with David Letterman” and had a recurring role on NBC’s “The Office.”

“By spotlighting each host’s distinct and hilarious viewpoint, ‘The Straight Out Report’ not only offers a fresh perspective on the headlines and newsmakers of the day, but also underscores that comedy is the perfect device to emphasize our similarities and differences,” Logo’s VP of Programming said.

Creator Adam de la Pena previous wrote for show including “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “Crank Yankers,” “The Man Show,” and “Code Monkeys.” Pamela Post and Stevenson Greene serve as Executive Producers.

“The Straight Out Report” premieres on Nov. 7 at 10 p.m. ET on LogoTV.
