Madonna Makes Her Stand-Up Comedy Debut on ‘The Tonight Show’ (Video)

The Queen of Pop found plenty of humor in the fact that she dates younger men

When it comes to stand-up comedy, Madonna is still like a virgin.

The world-renowned singer appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday and admitted she has always had a desire to try her hand at comedy.

“I always do extravaganzas. They cost a billion dollars to make. I get carted around in nine planes,” Madonna said. “And sometimes I dream about simplicity.”

The Queen of Pop got her chance, as Fallon offered her a stage with nothing more than a microphone to try delivering a stand-up routine for the first time ever.

The singer joked mostly about her relationships with younger men, and related one story about how she once asked her teenage son if he had any single friends.

“He looked at me with shock and disgust and dismay and disdain. A lot of words that start with a ‘D.’”
