‘Man of Steel,’ ‘The Heat’ Lead Third Wave of Teen Choice Awards Nominations

The two films make up three-fifths of the Choice Summer Movie Star: Female category

The third and final wave of nominees for "Teen Choice 2013" was announced on Tuesday, and the leaders of the pack are "The Heat" and "Man of Steel."

The two summer movies lead the group with five nominations apiece. Cable drama "The Fosters" received four nods.

Lucy Hale, Ian Somerhalder, Laura Marano and Leven Rambin join previously announced stars scheduled to appear. Those stars include Abigail Breslin, Demi Lovato, Liam Hemsworth and Rebel Wilson.

Fans ages 13 to 19 can vote for their favorites online up until the day before the awards show broadcasts. "Teen Choice 2013" airs live Aug. 11 at 8 p.m. ET.
