Prepare yourselves for a tidal wade of humanity from Meredith Vieira.
“Who Wants to Be a Millonaire” veteran Vieira’s new syndicated talker “The Meredith Vieira Show” premieres Sept. 8, and a new promo for the show has been unleashed upon the world to prepare us for the joy of it all.

“It’s TV, yeah, but it’s also about connecting with other people,” the promo declares, and boy, does Vieira connect in the clip.
She waves. She hugs (a lot). She furrows her brow in a concerned expression.

She even comically tumbles off the arm of a chair, which tells us, relax — Meredith’s just as susceptible to clumsiness and gravity as the rest of us humans.
“We want to change the world a little bit every day, but have fun doing it,” Vieira declares in the clip.
We’re feeling a little changed already. Or maybe it’s just something we ate.
