At least 22 people were killed and more than 60 injured in a large explosion at a fireworks marketplace in Tultepec, Mexico.
Videos of the explosion showed billowing smoke and various fireworks going off amidst the damage.
Emergency responders are at the scene and assessing the damage, Luis Felipe Puente, coordinator of Mexico’s national civil protection agency, told CNN affiliate FOROtv.
Tultepec is 25 miles north of Mexico City, and is described as having a large pyrotechnics industry.
Photos from the scene from the Mexican Red Cross showed large-scale devastation, leveled lands and victims being treated by medical personnel.
There is no word yet on the cause of the explosion.
