“Million Dollar Listing: Miami” star Chris Leavitt has inked a television development deal with Pilgrim Studios for his own project, TheWrap has learned exclusively.

There is no further information on the project as it’s in the very early stages of conception.

Leavitt is moving on to developing his own project as Bravo has yet to officially cancel or renew “Million Dollar Listing: Miami” after its first season and the cable network’s options to pick up the cast’s contracts have expired.

Bravo declined to comment.

One of the top real estate brokers at Douglas Elliman, the largest real estate company on the East Coast, Leavitt has nearly 20 years in luxury real estate experience. In 2013 alone, he sold more than $120 million dollars in real estate.

Pilgrim Studios is a prolific producer of unscripted television, including OWN’s “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s,” Lifetime’s “Bring It,” National Geographic Channel’s “Wicked Tuna” and Discovery Channel’s “Dirty Jobs.”

Darren Bettencourt of The Representatives represents Leavitt.
