Adam Sandler and David Spade fake their own deaths in the new trailer for Netflix’s “The Do-Over.”

“I wish I could start from scratch, just get it right this time,” Spade’s character, Charlie, says.

Shortly after, Sandler’s character, Max, walks back into Charlie’s life at their 25th high school reunion and the two decide to fake their own deaths and assume new identities.

The film also stars Paula Patton, Kathryn Hahn, Luis Guzman, Michael Chiklis, Sean Astin, Catherine Bell, Natasha Leggero, Nick Swardson, Torsten Voges, Renee Taylor and Matt Walsh.

Directed by Steven Brill, the comedy is written by Kevin Barnett and Chris Pappas. Sandler, Allen Covert and Kevin Grady are producers on the Happy Madison production.

“The Do-Over” will stream exclusively on Netflix starting May 27. It’s the second of four original movies Sandler previously agreed to produce for the streaming service.
