All That Chaz: OWN to Premiere Yet Another Bono Documentary

Nov. 27 special “Being Chaz” will chronicle the transgender celebrity’s controversial “Dancing With the Stars” stint

Chaz Bono's tango with "Dancing With the Stars" might be a thing of the past, but he'll be back on the small screen again before too long.

OWN announced Wednesday that it will premiere the new documentary "Being Chaz" at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Nov. 27.

"Being Chaz," a sequel to this year's "Becoming Chaz," will document Bono and his fiance, Jennifer Elia's efforts to "navigate their lives together post Chaz's gender transformation surgery," according to the announcement.

"The special follows Chaz as he embraces his new life, while his fiance begins to deal with living with a man," the announcement reads. "Viewers will also see the trials and tribulations of the couple’s relationship as Chaz prepares for his debut on 'Dancing with the Stars' amidst controversy and threats to his life over his decision to participate in the show."

The documentary is executive-produced by Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato of World of Wonder, which also produced "Becoming Chaz," Elise Duran directed and co-executive produced.

An encore airing of "Becoming Chaz" will immediately precede the "Being Chaz" premiere at 6 p.m. ET/PT.

OWN also announced that it will premiere the documentary "I Am Jazz: A Family in Transition," at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Nov. 27. The film follows "the life of an extraordinary family and their transgendered daughter."
