New ‘Jessica Jones’ Trailer Cautions to Never Wake Superhero out of Bed (Video)

Marvel series starring Krysten Ritter as superhero turned private eye premieres on Netflix Nov. 20

Netflix released a new “Jessica Jones” trailer on Friday showing the superhero-turned-detective obliterating her alarm clark in order to go back to bed.

With Minnie Riperton’s “Loving You” playing in the background, the trailer shows Jones peacefully sleeping as the alarm strikes 3 o’clock.

Jones isn’t ready to wake from her beauty sleep, so instead of hitting the snooze button, she simply destroys the alarm clock with her superhuman strength.

The private eye drama will premiere 13 one-hour episodes on Nov. 20, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. PT in all territories where Netflix is available.

The show stars Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones. After a tragic ending to her short-lived superhero stint, Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases in New York City.

It also stars David Tennant as villain Kilgrave, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty, and Wil Traval, among others.
