News Corp acquired India-based BigDecisions.com, the two companies announced Friday.
The interactive business analytics company based in India offers companies and consumers information and analysis on everything from life and health insurance to family planning and saving for children’s education.
It does so through sophisticated algorithms and data, offering advanced decision-making tools. With the acquisition, News Corp. also gets the site’s parent company, FinDirect Services Pvt Ltd.
