Newsmax’s Dennis Michael Lynch hosts a program called “Unfiltered,” and it more than lived it up to its name on Wednesday night.

Lynch went way off script when he called out his own network, while in turn defending Fox News.

The host began by recalling the words of the mother of a 9/11 first responder who said he’s the kind of man “who puts his money where his mouth is,” Mediaite.com reported.

He then revealed to viewers that in “fighting for Trump” on the air, he has “been restricted” in that message and was recently informed he “will no longer have editorial discretion on my own.”

The political commentator went on to complain that the network is pushing “pre-made packages” on his show, such as one that “tried to slam Fox News for the unfortunate things that are taking place over there right now.”

He was apparently referring to former Fox News chief Roger Ailes’ resignation while he faces a sexual harassment suit from former on-air personality Gretchen Carlson.

Clearly, the “Unfiltered” host had premeditated his outburst, as he posted the opening monologue to Facebook Live.

After criticizing the positive media coverage of Hillary Clinton and supporting Trump and Fox News, Lynch noted, “regrettably, this will be, odds are, my last night.”

He was soon blacked out by the network and when the show returned, it was helmed by a different host.
