“If I could find a perfect example of a hero, I would say it was my grandmother Marie Cannon,” he tells her. “You’re the backbone and the matriarch of our family — just sacrificing and giving so much. You’re my hero and I love you.”

The heartwarming series hopes to shine a light on those who helped Hollywood’s biggest stars when they needed it most. In addition to Cannon, other top-billed participants include “Dancing With the Stars” veteran Julianne Hough, TV personality Maria Menounos and “Teen Wolf” star Tyler Posey.
