You would think that Oprah Winfrey's fame and accomplishments would make her exempt from being discriminated against – at least to her face. But, apparently that isn't true.
OWN's chairwoman recently appeared on Ora.Tv's "Larry King Now" and shared some recent incidences of discrimination – both in the boardroom and the on the streets.
"I think the higher up you go in the chain of capitalism," Winfrey told Larry King, "people don't expect you to sitting at certain board tables… You sense it and you know it."

Winfrey, who is promoting her first movie in 15 years, "Lee Daniels' The Butler," also said that just a week before the interview a woman in Zurich refused to show her a bag, because she believed it was too expensive for her.
"I wanted to create a 'Pretty Woman' moment," she said.
Winfrey's episode of "Larry King Now" will be available Tuesday on Ora.Tv and Hulu.
