Owen Wilson Reagan-Era Porn Sting Drama ‘WonderWorld’ in Development at Starz

Wilson executive producing drama about FBI agents infiltrating porn world

“Starz” is developing the scripted drama “WonderWorld,” about a Reagan era-FBI pornography sting, with Owen Wilson executive producing.

The project, which also comes from Rene Balcer, Fred Berner, and Regina Lee, is inspired by one of the biggest undercover operations in FBI history. It follows two straight-arrow FBI agents as they infiltrate the violent Mob-controlled porn industry of the 1980s.
