Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, directors of "Paranormal Activity 3," are back with yet another edition of the supernatural fright-fest.

"Paranormal Activity 2" finished with a possessed Katie (Katie Featherson) killing her sister and brother-in-law and taking her nephew Hunter with her, likely to possess him as well. The fourth film follows Katie and Hunter in the aftermath of that bloodbath.

This latest trailer shows a teenage girl probing her mother about the strange things that have been happening around the house since the new neighbors moved in. She later video chats with a friend about the weird kid next door, Hunter, who is setting off some motion-detecting lights as he stands outside her house.

In typical "Paranormal Activity" style, Hunter quickly jolts his head to look right at her, and naturally strange things begin to happen — the lights switch on and off, doors open and close and a shadowy figure appears in the background.

Will this latest installment live up to its tagline: "All the activity has led to this"? Get a glimpse at the trailer below and decide for yourself when the film hits theaters Oct. 19.
