Viacom Global Head of Inclusion Marva Smalls, NBCUniversal Chief Talent Officer Cara Stein, Twitter Head of Inclusion & Diversity Dalana Brand, AMC Networks Chief Transformation and People Officer Jennifer Caserta and Endeavor Chief Inclusion Officer Alicin Reidy Williamson will join WrapWomen’s 2019 Power Women Summit, to be held at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica on October 24-25.

These top executives will lead the discussion on “Redefining Corporate Culture: Ideas That Work.” This is a peer-to-peer exchange of ideas among leading entertainment and media companies who have created more inclusive and equitable business strategies. During this session, senior executives will talk about their inclusivity initiatives — which ideas have worked and which ones haven’t — and how they will continue their goal “Toward 50/50,” a gender parity initiative that is also the theme of this year’s event.

Marva Smalls

Marva Smalls is the EVP and global head of inclusion strategy for Viacom and EVP of Public Affairs and chief of staff for Nickelodeon. Smalls works with company leadership to champion multiculturalism, inclusiveness and diversity worldwide through employee engagement and strategic partnerships.

She has established and developed best-in-class diversity and inclusion initiatives, including Viacom’s employee resource groups, and advisory councils that foster a collaborative culture while driving innovation and business results.

Dalana Brand

Dalana Brand is the vice president of people experience and head of inclusion and diversity at Twitter. Over the years, she has worked at some of the world’s foremost Fortune 500 companies where she led global teams to design and develop innovative compensation systems and reward solutions that equitably engage employees, create a fair and inclusive culture, and help advance the business strategy of the company.

She is currently a board member for Enterprise for Youth and also serves as an Ambassador in the inaugural cohort of the United States of Women, where she works within the community to convene and amplify voices in the movement for full gender equality.

Alicin Reidy Williamson

Alicin Reidy Williamson is senior vice president and chief inclusion officer at Endeavor, where she leads all diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the company. Prior to joining Endeavor, she served as a SVP at MTV Networks and Viacom, where she created the company’s Corporate Responsibility and Public Affairs department and helped build the Office of Global Inclusion to increase company visibility in diverse communities and aid diversity recruitment efforts. Williamson has 20 years of experience as a media and communications executive, developing and executing public affairs campaigns and programs to foster diversity and employee engagement.
