President Obama Raps Iggy Azalea’s ‘Fancy,’ Music Fans Rejoice (Video)

Commander-in-Chief is “in the fast lane, from L.A. to Tokyo”

President Barack Obama is channeling Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX in an unexpected cover of their chart-topping collaboration, “Fancy.”

“I’m so fancy,” raps the President, “you already know. I’m in the fast lane, from L.A. to Tokyo.”

It’s a bold move considering his opponents are so often vocal in their criticism of the Commander-in-Chief’s Hollywood ties.

But in the President’s defense, he didn’t realize he was rapping the popular song as his words were pulled out of context from dozens of different speeches and splied together.

And this isn’t the first time it’s happened. The President has also given the world adorable renditions of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” and Daft Punk and Pharrell’s “Get Lucky.”

Artistically speaking, all of those pale in comparison to Brian Williams rapping Sir Mix-a-Lot’s “Baby Got Back.” As TheWrap previously reported, Kathy Lee Gifford also contributed to that collaboration with a flawless delivery of the line “me so horny.”
