“Real Housewives of New Jersey” personality Teresa Giudice will receive her get out of jail free card, just in time for Christmas.

The mother-of-four is set to be released from Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut on Dec 23, Bravo confirmed on its website. She will then join husband Joe and their four daughters, and will reportedly spend Christmas Eve with her extended family.

But Giudice isn’t totally in the clear. She’ll remain on home confinement until Feb. 5, which was her initial release date, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.

The reality star was convicted with Joe of mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in New Jersey federal court on Oct. 2, 2014. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months and began serving her sentence in January, however, she gets to go home a few weeks early.

Joe was sentenced to 41 months, but the court allowed the pair to serve their terms separately for the sake of daughters Gia, 14, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 6.

The couple initially pleaded not guilty to dozens of counts, including mail fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, making false statements on loan applications and failure to file tax returns.

The Giudices eventually had a change of heart and pleaded guilty to one count of mail and wire fraud and three counts of bankruptcy fraud. Joe is expected to begin his term in March.
