Random House has announced the publication of Rod Stewart's autobiography, which the rocker promises will include all the sexy details of his playboy lifestyle and romances with Britt Ekland, Rachel Hunter, Kelly Emberg, Bebe Buell, Alana Hamilton and current wife Penny Lancaster.

Stewart says in a statement that he'll "hold nothing back" in the book, which is still-untitled and scheduled for release in October 2012.
After two divorces, Stewart — who has fathered eight children with five women — once joked, "Instead of getting married again, I'm going to find a woman I don't like and just give her a house."
The 66-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has sold more than 100 million albums throughout his career, which began when he dropped out of school at age 15.

Stints with the Jeff Beck Group and Faces led to his solo career, which has spanned more than four decades and included hits like "Maggie May," "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy" and "Hot Legs."
Stewart also battled life-threatening thyroid cancer, and has been active in cancer fundraising efforts since recovering from throat surgery to treat the disease in 2000.
Since 2002, he's turned his musical focus towards pop standards, recording five editions of "The Great American Songbook." And in August, he began a two-year residency, "The Hits," at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
