“American Horror Story: Freak Show” was the fourth season of Ryan Murphy‘s acclaimed FX anthology series. Siggins co-stars included Evan Peters, Jessica Lange, and Sarah Paulson.

Siggins also appeared on shows like “Ripley’s Believe It or Not” and “Extraordinary People” to talk about her life with no legs.
