Miles Teller stars in the movie about two childhood buddies who take their straight-arrow friend out to celebrate his 21st birthday the night before a medical school interview. That, of course, can't possibly go well.

When Relativity announced Teller's casting, the studio explained the plot of the movie, saying, "when one beer leads to another, the evening spirals into a wild epic misadventure of debauchery and mayhem."

Chon (above) played Eric Yorkie in the 2009 "The Twilight Saga" movie "New Moon" and the 2010 "Eclipse."

Astin (right) has a handful of credits. He played Rand Posin in the 2008 "Hamlet 2," and John Roberts in the 2009 "Taking Woodstock."

"21 and Over" is produced by Mandeville Films' David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman.

Teller plays Willard in this year's "Footloose," and was Jason in the 2010 "Rabbit Hole."
