Dennis is about to take a big step in his movement toward saying goodbye to his former life as Denise on the season finale of AMC's "Small Town Security."
Newly promoted to captain of the security firm, he legally changed his name to Dennis Starr from Denise Starr Croft, got a prosthetic penis and now he's taking the big move of having his breasts reconstructed into a male's chest.
"I don't like to see my breasts, but the ultimate goal is what's on my mind," he says about the examination. "And soon, hopefully I'll be able to look at my chest and be proud."
