“Saturday Night Live” has launched its first-ever Snapchat show, “SNL Stories: Boycott.”

Written by the NBC sketch comedy staple’s co-head writers Chris Kelly and Sarah Schneider and cast member Aidy Bryant, the short was directed by Paul Briganti. “Boycott” stars “SNL” Bryant and fellow players Beck Bennett and Bobby Moynihan.

It follows a couple (Bryant, Bennett) that attempts to boycott products associated with Donald Trump. Unfortunately, the two find it harder than they thought.

“Boycott” was produced, shot and edited by the “SNL” film unit specifically for Snapchat’s vertical video, per Lorne Michaels’ crown jewel. It features fast pacing, the use of split screens and audio/video cues to move the narrative along — a purposeful approach that the show sees as unique to mobile video.
