‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’: Take a Good Look at Adam Driver’s Sith Lord Kylo Ren (Photo)

The mysterious masked villain affiliated with the First Order covers the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly

When “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” hits theaters on Dec. 18, Disney will introduce fans to a brand new bad boy who will torment a galaxy far, far away — and now the studio has revealed the best look at the new Sith Lord yet.

Adam Driver covers the newest Entertainment Weekly issue as Kylo Ren — the villain who wields a crossguard-lightsaber (pictured above) in the trailers.

The cover story, in the form of a Q&A with director J.J. Abrams, promises fans of the franchise more insight into just who this guy is. So far, all that has been revealed is his affiliation with the First Order, which was formed from the remnants of the fallen Galactic Empire.

The magazine only teases the questions asked of Abrams, including these three: “Who is Adam Driver’s villainous wielder of the crossguard-lightsaber? What is his relationship with Darth Vader … and is Kylo Ren his original name?”

Answers hit newsstands on Friday.
