Super Bowl 2017: Travis Scott, DJ Khaled to Headline Maxim Party (Exclusive)

Hip-hop artist and producer/DJ will be joined by strolling performers and aerialists in Houston, Texas, at event presented by Thomas J. Henry and produced by Kama international

Hip-hop star Travis Scott and DJ Khaled, plus a colorful collection of strolling performers and aerialists are set to perform at Maxim Magazine’s extravagant party the night before Super Bowl LI, TheWrap has learned.

Hosts Karma International returns to the party circuit for the biggest weekend in football on Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Smart Financial Centre in Houston, Texas.

Maxim is known for pulling out all the stops, but organizers promise that this year’s event is going to take it to the next level as “art, fashion, music and sports will all simultaneously collide for the ultimate immersive and exciting party experience, which will include multiple interactive areas, live artistic vignettes, theatrical lighting and concert level sound.”

“Consistently producing the best events is like creating the best cocktails over and over again: You have to have the right recipe and source unique, flavorful, high-quality ingredients. That is exactly what we have done for The Maxim Party 2017,” Dylan Marer, CEO/Executive Producer of Karma International, said in a statement to TheWrap. “We designed The Maxim Party production to be the ultimate interactive sight and sound experience, with renowned talent, great music, swanky ultra- lounges, an exciting location, and most importantly, the ‘right’ people to include great brands and tastemakers such as Bud Light, Monster Energy, and a special tastemaker this year.”

Personal injury attorney and philanthropist Thomas J. Henry, who is presenting the party, went on to say: “I am thrilled to work alongside Karma International to present the premiere event of the 2017 Big Game Weekend – the Maxim Party. It promises to be a truly spectacular evening with an amazing talent line up including Travis Scott and DJ Khaled.

“We also look forward to our silent auction which will raise funds for Tree Media Foundation, a non- profit organization committed to educating the public on environmental issues,” he added.

After guests like Justin Bieber, Nick Cannon and Vince Vaughn got to race cars in the Dodge Thrill Ride Experience last year in San Francisco, this time around they can enjoy the Monster Energy FMX Motorcycle Show, the Monster Energy Lounge and take fun pictures in the “Zippo Car.”

Additional supporters for the event include Bud Light and the Jewel Nightclub from Aria Resort Las Vegas.
