"Gimme the Loot" is about Malcolm and Sofia, two graffiti artists who, to show up a rival gang, plan to tag an iconic New York landmark.

To get the $500 they need to pull off their scheme, they embark on a two-day adventure "involving black market spray cans, illicit bodegas, stolen snearkers, a high stakes heist and a beautiful, stoned girl whose necklace is literally their key to becoming the biggest writers in the city," Sundance Selects said in a statement.

Adam Leon wrote and directed the movie. Natalie Difford, Dominic Buchanan and Jamund Washington wrote. Newcomers Tashiana Washington, Ty Hickson, Meeko, Zoe Lescaze and Sam Soghor star.
